A female employee of Stone Harbor has filed a lawsuit against the municipality’s administrator, Manny Parada, alleging sexual harassment, a hostile work environment, and retaliation. The lawsuit claims that Parada began harassing the employee last March, after he became the administrator. The harassment allegedly included inappropriate comments, physical contact, and retaliation when the employee complained.
