American hardcore band Knocked Loose has released a new single, ‘Suffocate’, featuring the enigmatic Poppy. The track is taken from their upcoming third album, ‘You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To’, due for release on May 10 via Pure Noise. ‘Suffocate’ showcases the band’s signature aggression and heaviness, combined with a surprising reggaeton-inspired breakdown led by Poppy’s screams. The music video for ‘Suffocate’ was shared via Pure Noise’s YouTube channel. Knocked Loose is set to perform at Sick New World festival in Las Vegas this weekend alongside System Of A Down, Slipknot, and Slowdive. Poppy recently collaborated with Bad Omens on ‘V.A.N.’ and released her latest album, ‘Zig’, in October 2022.
