Indie folk trio Wild Rivers will perform at the Peterborough Folk Festival on August 15th at the Market Hall Performing Arts Centre. The festival, which is free to attend, will feature shows at downtown venues on August 16th and then shift to Nicholls Oval Park for the weekend. Wild Rivers, known for their hit singles “Thinking ‘Bout Love” and “Sidelines,” will be joined by a diverse lineup of artists at the festival, which is celebrating its 35th year.

The Sol Blume Festival, originally scheduled for 2024, has been postponed to 2025 due to significant damage and safety concerns at Discovery Park. The festival will now take place on August 15-17, 2025. The postponement marks the second consecutive year that the festival has been rescheduled due to weather-related issues.
