Croatia Airlines has commenced its seasonal service between Split and Istanbul, expanding its international offerings from Split Airport. The inaugural flight carried 77 passengers to Istanbul, with a return flight transporting 31. The airline offers a 20% discount on future purchases on the route. Direct service between Split and Istanbul will operate three times weekly until mid-October. Croatia Airlines plans to connect Split Airport to 21 international destinations this summer and increase that number to 28 during peak season, offering over 2,000,000 seats on 50 international routes.

Norse Atlantic Airways has experienced a remarkable increase in passenger numbers in April 2024, more than doubling compared to the same period in 2023. The airline’s operational performance also improved, with an average load factor of 79% and an on-time performance rate of 81%. Norse Atlantic operated 398 flights in April, including 61 charter flights, and welcomed over 98,000 passengers. Despite the Easter holiday falling in March instead of April, the airline remains optimistic about the upcoming summer season and anticipates further growth in passenger numbers.
Austrian Airlines is expanding its destination portfolio with the resumption of flights to Tbilisi and Bremen in its 2024 summer schedule. Starting May 1, the airline will reintroduce services to Tbilisi, with flights to Bremen recommencing on May 6. Starting June 16, 2024, Croatian Trade Air will launch flights between Hahn Airport and Pristina, providing convenient travel options for Kosovo residents and tourists. Operating on behalf of MyWings, the flights will depart every Thursday and Sunday, utilizing an A319 aircraft.

With six weekly flights, this route enhances passenger convenience and provides the lowest fares.
