Suraj Pal, known as ‘Bhole Baba’, a self-styled godman, has spoken out about the tragic Hathras stampede. He urges faith in God and the administration, while reflecting on a past incident where he was arrested for claiming to revive a dead girl in 2000. This latest statement follows the devastating stampede that claimed over 120 lives.
Six individuals have been arrested in connection with the stampede during a religious event in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Police have also announced a ₹1 lakh reward for the arrest of the main suspect, Prakash Madhukar. The incident occurred during a gathering for ‘Bhole Baba’, a preacher with multiple ashrams and assets worth ₹100 crore, according to reports.
