Newly surfaced surveillance footage from 2016 captures famed rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The disturbing video corroborates Ventura’s claims made in a lawsuit filed against Combs in November 2023. Despite his denials, footage shows Combs chasing Ventura down a hotel corridor, grabbing her from behind, and shoving her to the floor. He is also seen kicking and dragging her. The incident occurred at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, as detailed in Ventura’s lawsuit.

A Guelph business has reported the theft of over $10,000 worth of metal over a two-day period. The thefts occurred at a business located in the area of Watson Road South and Airpark Drive. Surveillance video captured footage of the suspects arriving in a maroon-colored Ford F-150 and loading items onto the bed of the truck. A similar truck, as well as a white Chevrolet or GMC pickup, were also seen at the scene of the second theft. A total of 875 steel hoops were stolen from the business. No suspect descriptions have been provided. The thefts follow a similar incident in the same area, where copper wire and electric motors were stolen from another business. Police are asking anyone with information on the latest theft to contact Guelph Police Service or Crime Stoppers.

Mohannad Othman, 39, was fatally shot outside his parents’ Oak Forest home on Sunday, less than a mile from where he lived. Family members gathered Tuesday near where the shooting occurred, some smoking cigarettes as others inspected bullet holes near a window. Othman had four daughters, the youngest a set of 4-month-old twins. The shooting was captured on surveillance video from a neighbor’s home and police are investigating.
