Nitazenes have been sold on platforms such as SoundCloud and X and have been linked to nearly 150 deaths in the UK alone. Despite claims of legitimacy, many suppliers admit to disguising the drugs in dog food and catering supplies to evade detection. Over £4.2 million in Bitcoin has been transferred to supplier accounts, highlighting the illicit profits involved.
