A 10-year-old boy in Texas has admitted to killing a man when he was only 7 years old. He has confessed to sneaking into the victim’s RV and shooting him in the head, but cannot be charged due to state law. The victim, Brandon O’Quinn Rasberry, was found dead in his RV in January 2022. The boy’s confession came after he was arrested for threatening to kill a classmate on a school bus.
