The closure is part of a wider trend of store closures for the brand, with nine locations in Norfolk affected and the closest alternative store 11.8 miles away in Swaffham. The Works, known for its wide range of products including books, stationery, craft materials, games, and toys, has been expanding its portfolio in recent years, opening 14 new stores and refitting 34 existing ones. Despite the closures, the brand remains committed to enhancing customer experience and expanding its presence.
