Acclaimed chef Tom Barnes has announced the opening date for his highly anticipated Manchester restaurant, Skof, which will officially open its doors on Wednesday, May 29th. Located in the NOMA district of Manchester city centre, Skof will offer an ‘unpretentious yet ambitious’ dining experience, showcasing local ingredients and seasonal menus. Barnes, a Roux Scholar and former head chef at Michelin-starred Rogan & Co and L’Enclume, will bring his culinary expertise to Skof, creating two variations of his tasting menu, one 12-course and one 15-course, priced at £120 and £165 respectively. Reservations are now open and are expected to go fast.
