A historic Park Slope brownstone at 178 Garfield Place has sold for $5.99 million, according to city property records. The home was previously owned by fashion icon Jenna Lyons and her then-husband Vincent Mazeau, who bought it for $1.3 million in 2004. In 2012, the home was purchased by Erasure and Depeche Mode’s Vince Clarke and his late wife, music publicist and film producer Tracy Hurley Martin. Clarke sold the townhouse to John Harkrider, a top anti-trust litigator, this month. The five-bedroom, 3½-bath home is 4,424 square feet and features original details like seven restored limestone mantels, aged pine floors and shutters, and an irrigated garden with a mature dogwood tree.
