Saginaw Man Critically Injured in Bicycle-Car Collision in Spaulding Township

An 18-year-old Saginaw man sustained life-threatening injuries after a car struck his bicycle in Spaulding Township, Michigan, on Monday, April 22. The incident occurred on East Road near Banner around 4:30 p.m. when a Chevrolet Malibu driven by a 65-year-old Chesaning Township woman collided with the bicycle, which was also traveling northbound. Fatal Scooter Crash in Salt Lake City

A 41-year-old man has passed away after being struck by a car while riding an electric scooter in the Fairpark neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The victim, Ismael Ontivaros, was hit just before 9 p.m. near 800 West and North Temple. While the exact cause of the crash is still under investigation, police believe impairment may have played a role. The driver of the car remained at the scene and no charges have been filed as of yet. This incident marks the fourth traffic-related fatality in Salt Lake City this year.
