Travelzoo, the club for travel enthusiasts, has announced the appointment of Matt Epstein as its Chief Transformation Officer. Epstein, who brings a wealth of experience in member experience, care, and retention, will join Travelzoo’s global executive team effective June 12th. In his new role, Epstein will drive the development of new initiatives to enhance Travelzoo’s membership offerings.
