The Sarabande Foundation, established by the late designer Alexander McQueen, held its annual dinner at The Standard, East Village, to raise funds and support aspiring creatives. The event featured speeches from actress and model Aimee Mullins, who spoke about the importance of art and beauty in prosthetics, and Trino Verkade, the foundation’s program director. The dinner also included a raffle with prizes including a private tour of the new Costume Institute exhibit with Andrew Bolton and original artwork by artist George Richardson.
