Daimler Truck to Begin Series Production of Electric Mercedes-Benz eActros 600

Daimler Truck has announced that it will begin series production of its long-haul electric truck, the Mercedes-Benz eActros 600, at its Wörth plant in late November. India Targets LNG to Clean Up Trucking Industry

The Oil Ministry plans to encourage the conversion of existing trucks to LNG and mandate LNG use for a third of new trucks, citing its lower emissions compared to diesel. This move aligns with India’s efforts to reduce air pollution and meet its target of increasing natural gas in its energy mix.
