Radisson Hotel Group Continues to Enhance Hospitality Training with Typsy

Radisson Hotel Group has been working with Typsy for the past five years to enhance its hospitality training programs. The collaboration has resulted in the creation of a comprehensive suite of online courses, covering a wide range of topics from service and business acumen to leadership and specialized knowledge. Over the past year, Radisson Academy facilitated over 1.5 million hours of training through more than 2,500 online, live, and virtual sessions. The completion rate of training sessions has increased twenty-sevenfold since the launch of Radisson Academy in 2019, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 for each session conducted. This has led to over 571,000 training completions, with an average of 14.7 courses completed per participant.
