Photographer Sues Megan Thee Stallion Over Forced Exposure to Sex, Unfair Firing

A photographer employed by Megan Thee Stallion has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging he was forced to witness her sexual encounter, unfairly terminated, and subjected to a hostile work environment. The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that the photographer, Emilio Garcia, was present in an SUV with Megan and another woman when the incident occurred. Garcia asserts that he was unable to exit the moving vehicle and felt violated and humiliated by the experience. The lawsuit further alleges that Garcia was misclassified as an independent contractor but treated as an exclusive employee, and that he was fired after raising concerns about his workload, pay, and Megan’s conduct.
