Abigail Review: An Unforgettable Bloodbath

Abigail is a consistently entertaining thrill ride and is sure to be an absolute blast. Barrera and Weir are both phenomenal, but Stevens also gets to really shine here. Newton gets a few scenes near the end where she really commands the screen. This movie is insanity, particularly once that reveal happens halfway through. If you liked Ready or Not, you’ll love Abigail.

In a surprising turn of events, the group’s leader becomes an even greater villain, while a bratty tech-whizz transforms into a vampire, giving viewers a fresh perspective on the monster’s mythology. Despite the gore and chaos, the film also explores unexpected connections between characters, leaving a bittersweet impression on viewers.
