The Ropar Police have arrested a third accomplice in the murder case of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vikas Prabhakar, alias Vikas Bagga, of Nangal. The two previously arrested accused were identified as Mandeep Kumar, alias Mangi, and Surinder Kumar, alias Rikka. The recently arrested accomplice has been identified as Gurpreet Ram, alias Gora. The three arrested individuals are part of a terror module backed by a Pakistan-based terrorist organization. The investigation is ongoing.
