Grown Rogue International Inc. has terminated its advisory agreement with Vireo Growth Inc., marking the end of an 18-month partnership focused on cannabis cultivation. The move comes alongside a leadership transition at Vireo, with Amber Shimpa taking the helm as CEO. Grown Rogue is now focused on expanding its own operations into New Jersey and Illinois, while Vireo prepares for entry into Minnesota’s adult-use cannabis market.
