This innovative program, developed in collaboration with airlines and the FAA, utilizes advanced technology and trained virtual controllers to direct aircraft movements, eliminating the need for a traditional control tower. This is a temporary solution as the airport partners with Saab Inc. to create a permanent virtual ramp control system.
