Three laborers were found dead after being trapped in a flooded basement in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. The collapse occurred during heavy rains on Friday, and a 28-hour rescue operation was launched. The victims were identified as Santosh Yadav (19), Santosh Yadav (20), and Daya Ram (45), all residents of Bihar.
