Guns Used in Salman Khan House Firing Incident Recovered from Tapi River

The Mumbai Crime Branch has successfully retrieved the two firearms utilized in the shooting incident outside Salman Khan’s residence on April 14th. The guns were recovered from the Tapi River in Surat, along with 10 cartridges. The arrest of Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, the accused involved in the crime, led to the discovery of the weapons. The Crime Branch, assisted by their Surat counterparts and skilled divers, conducted a thorough search operation, resulting in the recovery of the evidence. During the investigation, it was established that the accused were instructed to discharge 10 rounds at Khan’s residence, but they ultimately fired only five before fleeing the scene.

Seven More Weapons Recovered from Arrested Ransom Call Accused in Ludhiana

Police in Ludhiana have recovered seven more weapons, including a stamp of SSP Ludhiana rural, pictures in DSP uniform, two handcuffs, a Toyata Fortuner, five mobile phones, and a .32 bore pistol from two arrested ransom call accused. The accused, Amritpal Singh and Tajinderpal Singh, had made extortion calls to three residents and were taken into custody on April 18. They were found to have purchased eight sophisticated weapons from Madhya Pradesh and recently bought 1.5 acres of land near Doraha.
