A teenage girl remains in custody suspected of attempted murder after two teachers and a pupil were stabbed at a Welsh school. The incident occurred at Amman Valley School, also known as Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, in Carmarthenshire, on Wednesday. The victims suffered stab wounds but their injuries are not life-threatening. According to reports, the teachers were trying to help a pupil who was attacked. The school was locked down for several hours, and pupils were released at around 3.20pm. The school will remain closed on Thursday for police investigations. Witnesses described a calm and mature response from staff and pupils during the lockdown.
