The lawsuit also alleges that Garcia was misclassified as an independent contractor but treated as an exclusive employee and faced a hostile work environment. Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has stated that she will fight the lawsuit, calling it an employment claim with salacious accusations. Garcia is seeking financial damages for emotional and physical distress.
