Menstruation is still a taboo topic in many workplaces, affecting employees’ productivity and well-being. While 87% of menstruating employees experience period-related symptoms that interfere with their work, only 6.7% feel comfortable disclosing their condition to their employer. Inclusive workplaces are taking steps to address this issue by providing free period products, flexible work arrangements, and paid menstrual leave.
