Martin Shkreli, known as ‘Pharma Bro’, has been ordered by a US federal judge to turn over all copies of the rare Wu-Tang Clan album ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin’. This comes after the album’s current owner, PleasrDAO, claimed that Shkreli illegally distributed copies of the album. The judge also ordered Shkreli to provide a full accounting of all copies he has and any revenue generated from distributing the album.

The long-hidden ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin’ will be displayed at Tasmania’s Museum of Old and New Art (Mona) for the first time. Limited listening events will allow visitors to experience a 36-minute mix from the album, the only known copy of which was previously owned by disgraced pharmaceutical entrepreneur Martin Shkreli.
