Air France announced the appointment of Xavier Thuizat, the Head Sommelier at Hôtel de Crillon, Rosewood Hotel, to curate its future selection of wines, champagnes, and spirits. Thuizat will also introduce a new range of French beers. He will work with the Air France team to conduct blind tastings across France’s wine regions to choose exceptional wines for enjoyment on flights and in airport lounges.
