Teenage Girl Arrested in Welsh School Stabbing
A teenage girl has been arrested and remains in custody on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing incident at Amman Valley School in Wales. Three individuals were injured in the attack, including two teachers and a pupil.
The incident occurred at approximately 11.15am on Wednesday, prompting the dispatch of two air ambulances to the scene. The injured were subsequently transported to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff for treatment.
Parents of students at the school rushed to the scene, with many expressing concern and relief as their children were reunited with them at the end of the school day. Superintendent Ross Evans provided updates on the situation, confirming that the victims, including two teachers and a teenage pupil, had sustained stab wounds.
The families of the injured individuals have been notified, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
