Cornerback Kamari Lassiter became the team’s inaugural draft pick of the year. Over the following two days, they hold an additional eight picks.
Lassiter appeared in 44 games for Georgia over the past three seasons, starting the last two. During his collegiate career, he amassed 86 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, a sack, and an interception. Derek Stingley, Jeff Okudah, Mike Ford, C.J. Henderson, and Myles Bryant are among the other cornerbacks currently on the Texans’ roster.
