Sudhanshu Gope has been appointed as the Operations Manager at The Fern Bambora Fort in Udaipur. Bringing over seventeen years of experience in the hospitality sector, Gope’s new role involves managing the hotel’s daily operations, budgeting, and enhancing guest experiences. Previously, he has showcased his leadership and operational acumen as the Front Office Manager at The Fern Lonavala and UK 27 The Fern Belagavi.
Jitendra Singh Hada, with a robust fourteen-year background in hospitality, now oversees The Fern Sattva Resort at Little Rann of Kutch as its Operations Manager. Hada’s expertise spans Front Office Operations, Reservations, Revenue Management, and rooms division. His role includes managing the resort’s operations, budget control, and ensuring guest satisfaction. He has held significant roles at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and HRH Groups of Hotels.
Bhavesh Rathod, with a nine-year tenure in hospitality, is the new Operations Manager at The Fern Residency, Jamnagar. Rathod’s previous positions include Front Office Manager at Lords Hotels & Resorts and Hotel Fortune Palace, where he focused on operational improvements and guest relations. In his current position, Rathod aims to boost operational effectiveness, elevate guest satisfaction, and nurture a collaborative team environment.
