The Link Seoul: A Tribute Portfolio Hotel Opens its Doors in Vibrant Sindorim District

The Link Seoul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel under the Marriott Bonvoy umbrella, has officially opened its doors in the vibrant Sindorim district of Seoul. This stylish hotel, showcasing the signature design ethos of Tribute Portfolio, welcomes guests with a captivating lobby that seamlessly blends sleek Scandinavian minimalism with elements of Korean culture, art, and fashion. This contemporary design narrative, paying homage to the area’s historical roots in textile production, expertly intertwines tradition and modernity. The high ceilings, custom glass walls, and modular furnishings create a unique and immersive check-in experience, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay.

“We are thrilled to bring Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio brand into South Korea with the opening of The Link Seoul,” said Duke Nam, Area Vice President South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines, Marriott International. “Tribute Portfolio is a growing collection of characterful, independent, boutique hotels united by a common spirit and captivating spaces that bring people together and create experiences that connect travelers to the surrounding community. With its unbeatable location, The Link Seoul is set to welcome guests who are taking the road less explored and are ready to discover a different side of travel.”

The hotel features 141 guest rooms, including 16 suites and a luxurious Presidential Suite, spread across 19 floors. Each room is thoughtfully designed with marble walls, light wood accents, and powder-coated metal touches, providing guests with a warm and inviting sanctuary after a day of exploring Seoul’s dynamic energy.

Dining options at The Link Seoul are as diverse as they are delicious, celebrating both local and international flavors. FRAME, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant on the 12th floor, offers a relaxed Nordic-inspired ambiance, while PUNCH, a modern beer pub on the 13th floor, boasts a glass ceiling overlooking the pool. On the ground floor, DIGM is an elegant lounge bar perfect for social gatherings, and ZAG, a cozy bakery and café, serves quick bites and fresh coffee in a lively Scandinavian setting. For fitness enthusiasts, the 13th-floor fitness center is fully equipped to support guests’ exercise routines.

The Link Seoul’s event spaces are as versatile as they are impressive. The Link Hall, a grand 760-square-meter ballroom with a striking 10-meter-high black ceiling, can accommodate up to 500 attendees and is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology. Additionally, the hotel offers two customizable meeting rooms—Meeting Room 1 at 147 square meters and Meeting Room 2 at 107 square meters—that can host up to 100 guests. For smaller gatherings, a boardroom with advanced video conferencing systems and high-speed internet is available.

“The Link Seoul blends the rich past of the Sindorim district and its history of textile manufacturing with a distinctly modern sensibility so that guests can experience a true sense of connection with their surroundings during their stay with us,” said Andrew Jung, General Manager, The Link Seoul. “With our original design, bold spaces, and locally-inspired art installations, we look forward to creating unforgettable experiences for all our guests as they forge new memories for the future.”

Ideally situated near Gocheok Sky Dome, South Korea’s premier concert venue, The Link Seoul caters to global K-pop fans with its social and spirited atmosphere. Located between Guro Station on Line 1 and Sindorim Station on Lines 1 and 2 of the Seoul Subway, the hotel provides easy access to southwest Seoul’s attractions, including shopping destinations like the NC Department Store Sin-Guro Branch and the artistic Mullae Art Village. It’s also conveniently located about 50 kilometers, or a 45-minute drive, from Incheon International Airport, making it a great hub for international travelers.
