Olarena Hospitality Group (Olarena) and Ernesto Coppel (Ernesto), co-investors in The Residences at The St. Regis Los Cabos, have announced the closing of four residences totaling $35 million in sales during May. This accomplishment contributes to over $200 million in total sales since the project’s inception.
This highly anticipated collection in the region will ultimately comprise 74 exclusive residences upon completion. Managed by Waypoint Resort Real Estate, the recent sales in May included: “The strong activity and sales we’re seeing is a direct reflection of the product, set in an idyllic oceanfront location in the highly sought-after Los Cabos,” states Cameron Kimball, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Combining the elevated design with exceptional amenities, including access to a renowned Jack Nicklaus masterpiece golf course, we anticipate strong demand for the remaining residences to continue.”
With only a few select residences remaining from the limited collection released so far—including four beachfront villas, one condominium, and one townhome—the development, designed by SB Architects and Hirsch Bedner Associates San Francisco (HBA), occupies a 33-acre site at the Southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, boasting 1,200 feet of beachfront. Upon completion in 2025, The Residences at The St. Regis Los Cabos will also feature a 120-key hotel.
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to St. Regis amenities, including the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and Quivira Golf Club. Additional offerings encompass concierge services, seven resort pools, three distinctive dining venues, a St. Regis Spa with 10 massage rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, an Astor ballroom spanning 30,000 square feet, a children’s club, and lush, privacy-enhancing landscaping throughout the resort, including art gardens, courtyards, and natural areas.
