Jilted Lover

Barry George
Barry George was the only individual ever tried for Dando’s murder. His proximity to her home and history of sexual offenses initially pointed suspicion toward him. However, a particle of gunshot residue found in his jacket pocket led to a guilty conviction that was later quashed due to the dismissal of the gunshot evidence.

Just two days after Dando’s death, a theory emerged that a Serbian hitman was behind the killing.
