‘Confidenza’ marks Yorke’s latest foray into film music, following his work on the soundtracks for ‘Suspiria,’ ‘Motherless Brooklyn,’ and ‘Children of Men.’ The film stars Elio Germano, Vittoria Puccini, and Isabella Ferrari, and centers around Pietro Vella, a teacher at a run-down Roman high school who gets romantically involved with a former student, Teresa. As their relationship unfolds, Teresa insists on sharing their deepest secrets, leading to unexpected consequences.
Yorke has previously expressed admiration for his Radiohead bandmate Jonny Greenwood’s work on film scores. Greenwood recently announced ‘How To Disappear,’ a new photo book documenting his life with the band.
