A 30-year-old woman was allegedly the victim of a gang rape in the Nalasopara area of Palghar district, Maharashtra. According to ANI, citing the Achole Police Station, a case has been registered under sections 64, 70(1), and 351(2) of the BNS following the woman’s complaint.
The police have apprehended three suspects: Narendra Morya (31), Prakash Singh (26), and Panchraj Singh (35). The accused were presented in court and remanded to police custody for a period of five days. This case is currently under investigation and further details are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
