A tiny homeowner is offering an affordable way for people to try out tiny living before they buy. The resident said the builders of the miniature property are some of the best around and allow prospective clients to try out the unit for a fee.
The completed project features a short staircase up to a white front door attached to a larger structure, painted dark gray and complete with two windows and a white panel roof. The property was recently built by Incredible Tiny Homes and has yet to be lived in. The construction company has earned a 4.4 out of five-star rating by customers on Google.
The resident praised the brand for its craftsmanship, urging those fans looking for a chance to experience tiny living before making a permanent decision to look no further than the recent build. The property, named Tula’s Roost, is located in the community of Bybee, about 56 miles east of Knoxville, and is also about eight to nine miles from the Incredible Tiny Homes headquarters in Newport.
Anyone interested in staying at the tiny home could then work with the brand to set up the details of their own project. The property includes a “new heating and cooling mini split system, new fridge, and microwave,” according to the YouTuber. Each could be seen within the brief tour video, along with a bed and storage areas for personal belongings. There was also a complete bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Prospective tenants can take advantage of the deal starting with a $450 deposit. After that, monthly rent payments are $650 plus electric costs. All other utilities appear to be included. Those interested are urged to contact the resident by email at tulasroost@gmail.com.
The tiny home phenomenon has found new heights as an alternative living solution for consumers concerned with ballooning homebuying costs and sustainability concerns.
