TK Elevator (TKE), a global leader in vertical transportation and urban mobility, has further cemented its position as a key infrastructure partner in the Middle East with a significant service contract from Dubai Airports. This multi-year agreement encompasses the maintenance of nearly 5,000 elevators, escalators, and related equipment at Dubai International Airport (DXB), the world’s busiest international hub, which served over 87 million passengers in 2023.
Ensuring seamless, safe, and reliable transportation for both travelers and staff is paramount at DXB. TK Elevator’s innovative Universal Service platform plays a pivotal role in achieving this goal by providing comprehensive maintenance solutions for mobility systems, regardless of brand. This renewed contract will see over 100 specialized TKE technicians deployed across the airport’s passenger and cargo areas to maintain and service these vital units.

TK Elevator’s partnership with Dubai Airports, the entity overseeing the operations of DXB, dates back to 2004, when the company installed over 700 elevators and escalators. In 2015, TK Elevator secured one of its largest global service contracts, thanks to its customer-focused approach. Today, TKE’s Universal Service platform serves as a cornerstone of this ongoing collaboration.
