The scholarship is a joint initiative of Tourism Australia, the Backpacker & Youth Tourism Advisory Panel (BYTAP), and the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC).

Starting as a Product Coordinator for the UltimateOz program, Chloe has steadily progressed in her career.
