Tragic Car Accident in Pottawatomie County Results in Child’s Death

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), a tragic car accident occurred on State Highway 9 near Earlsboro, Pottawatomie County, on Sunday night around 9 p.m. A two-year-old girl was killed in the collision, and two adults were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Details surrounding the accident are still being investigated by officials. It was reported that the driver of the first vehicle was taken to a nearby medical center in fair condition. The driver of the second vehicle was also transported to the hospital in fair condition, unfortunately, the young girl who was a passenger in the second vehicle succumbed to her injuries.
