Delhi Fire Incident
A tragic fire incident occurred at a building in Delhi’s Krishna Nagar area around 2 am on Sunday, May 26th, resulting in the unfortunate loss of three lives. Three individuals sustained injuries in the accident and have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The heroic efforts of the DFS unit led to the successful rescue of seven individuals. This marks the second fire accident in Delhi within 48 hours, following a devastating fire at a children’s hospital that claimed the lives of seven newborn babies.
Gujarat Fire Tragedy
In a separate incident, a massive fire engulfed a crowded game zone in Gujarat’s Rajkot city, leading to the collapse of the building and the tragic loss of 27 lives. The fire, which broke out in the afternoon, has been brought under control, but rescue operations are ongoing to retrieve bodies. Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Bhupendra Patel, expressed deep shock and ordered an SIT probe into the incident.
The cause of both fire accidents is yet to be ascertained, and investigations are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding these tragedies.
