During a rehearsal for the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) parade in Lumut, northern Perak, on Tuesday, two helicopters collided in mid-air, resulting in the deaths of 10 people. The harrowing incident was caught on video, showing the two helicopters colliding while performing training maneuvers.
The helicopters crashed and went into a tailspin, with witnesses heard exclaiming, “Allah, Allah, Allah.” The victims, all military personnel, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The RMN has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the tragedy.
