Trip.com Group Limited will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. Singapore time. The AGM will be held at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01, Singapore 048622.
No proposals will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Instead, it will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company’s American depositary shares (ADSs) to discuss company affairs with management.
Holders of record of ordinary shares as of June 3, 2024 (Hong Kong/Singapore time), are entitled to receive notice and attend the AGM or any adjournment in person. Beneficial owners of ADSs are also welcome to attend.
