Trump Hotels has taken a significant step towards digital transformation by partnering with BirchStreet Systems, a leading provider of automation solutions for the hospitality industry. Under a newly signed three-year agreement, Trump Hotels will integrate BirchStreet’s advanced procure-to-pay (P2P) solutions across its prestigious properties in the U.S. and Europe.
This strategic move will involve the implementation of BirchStreet’s ReactorNet platform, which encompasses a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to optimize operational efficiency. These solutions include eProcurement, accounts payable workflow, inventory management, and capital expenditure (Capex) management. The rollout is set to begin at six of Trump Hotels’ iconic properties, including the Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland in Doonbeg, followed by Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago, Trump® National Doral Miami, Trump International Hotel & Tower® New York, and more.
The deployment is scheduled for completion in 2025 and will extend to Trump Hotel corporate offices, Trump® International Hotel Las Vegas, and Trump Turnberry® in Scotland. To ensure a seamless integration process, BirchStreet will provide in-person training for Trump Hotels’ staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to fully utilize the new systems and maximize operational productivity.

By automating the purchase order lifecycle and optimizing workflows, Trump Hotels anticipates a substantial boost in productivity and efficiency.
