Trump’s Hush Money Trial: Judge to Consider Gag Order Violations

A New York judge is set to hear arguments on Tuesday regarding whether former President Donald Trump has violated a gag order imposed on him in the hush money trial. Prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office allege that Trump has breached the order, which prohibits him from publicly attacking witnesses, prosecutors, court staff, and the judge’s family, a total of 10 times. They are requesting that the judge impose a fine of $1,000 for each violation.

Upon the conclusion of this hearing, former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker is scheduled to resume his testimony. Pecker was the initial witness to testify in the case. Follow our live updates from New York for ongoing coverage.
