The Board School Education, Telangana (BSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 SSC result by the end of April 2024. The official announcement has set the result declaration date as April 30th, 2024. Once the result is declared, students can access their scorecards from the official website – bse.telangana.gov.in. Alternatively, they can also visit bseresults.telangana.gov.in to check their results.
To access the scorecard, students will need to provide their registration number or roll number along with the required password. This year, the board conducted the class 10 exams between March 18 and April 2, 2024. The TSBIE board exam for Class 10 was conducted at over 2,676 examination centers spread across the state.
Last year, the result was declared on May 10 for the exams conducted between April 3 to April 13. In the previous year, the result was declared on June 30 for the exams conducted between May 11 to May 20. The overall pass percentage for class 10 in the previous year stood at 86.6 percent.
Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy expressed concern over the recent suicides by students after the announcement of intermediate exam results. She appealed to students and parents to prepare well for the upcoming advanced supplementary exams starting June 14.
In 2023, the TS SSC exams faced controversy due to a question paper leak on the first two days of the exams, between April 3 and 13. Allegations surfaced that question papers from the first and second day found their way to local WhatsApp groups as the exams progressed in the morning.
After the announcement of the TSBIE class 10 results, students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the Telangana Board compartment exams. Information regarding the compartmental exams will be announced after the result declaration. Students can also avail the option to request photocopies of their answer booklets and OMR sheets.
