Among the graduating class of Norwin High School in Pennsylvania, an extraordinary number of students shared a special bond: twinhood. As many as 11 sets of twins celebrated this milestone together, adding a unique touch to the school’s graduation ceremony.
These twins, some identical and others fraternal, have witnessed each other’s triumphs and tribulations throughout their academic journeys. Rachel Cassley, one of the graduating seniors, expressed her surprise upon realizing the prevalence of twins in her graduating class. Yet, for her brother Jack, the abundance of twins seemed perfectly normal.
Despite their shared genetics, the twins have nurtured their individual interests and talents. Some have pursued technical fields at the Central Westmoreland Career and Technology Center, while others have excelled in athletics, the arts, or environmental projects. Luke and Alexis Clamut, another set of twins, acknowledge that while graduating together marks a bittersweet moment, it also symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter.
Although the twins deny possessing any superpowers, they jokingly admit to occasionally finishing each other’s sentences. As Luke Clamut proudly states, he can now boast of graduating high school with 10 other sets of twins. The presence of so many twins at Norwin High School has undoubtedly fostered a unique and supportive atmosphere for these students.
