Two Rescued from Sydney Harbour After Falling In
In the early hours of Thursday morning, a 32-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy were rescued from Sydney Harbour. The pair is believed to have fallen into the water near Pier 2 at Walsh Bay just after midnight.
After receiving reports of two individuals in distress, NSW Police responded and carried out the rescue operation. Both individuals were taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to NSW Police.
7NEWS footage captured the rescue, showing one clothed person covered in a silver emergency blanket and placed on a stretcher, while the other was wrapped in a towel nearby.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are still being investigated by NSW Police.
