Ukrainian consulates have announced the “temporary suspension” of all services to men between the ages of 18 and 60. This means that men in this age range will only be able to obtain documents by returning to Ukraine. The suspension was reported on Monday by Ukrainian online newspaper Zerkalo Nedeli.
