After falling behind 3-0 early, the Lotts rallied with a three-pointer in the fourth end and a key takeout in the fifth to gain the lead. Kadriana Lott acknowledged that missing shots in the early ends affected her mindset but praised herself for making crucial shots later in the game.
Colton Lott expressed satisfaction with facing some resistance after a string of convincing wins in the tournament. The win brings Canada’s record to 4-0, tying them with Swedish siblings Rasmus and Isabella Wrana atop Group A. The Lotts are scheduled to face Scotland and Sweden on Tuesday, while South Korea’s record drops to 1-3.
